1. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for non-quality issues. The product warranty period is 30 days. For natural freshwater pearls, pits and texture lines are normal phenomena and do not constitute quality problems. Please purchase with caution if you mind this.​
2. Compensation will be provided for lost packages, but relevant proof is required. If the package shows "delivered" but you have not received it, you need to obtain a proof certificate from the post office by yourself.​
